General Terms and Conditions:
By booking a chauffeur service with Country Club Prestige, via phone, in person or online, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

- 1.1. Customers must provide accurate and detailed information when making a booking with Country Club Prestige.
- 1.2. Payment must be made in advance or as per the agreed payment terms. Any outstanding balance must be settled before the commencement of the journey by cash, card, or bank transfer.
- 1.3. Country Club Prestige reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received in accordance with the agreed terms.
- 1.4. A minimum deposit of £50 or 25% of the booking total (whichever is greater) is to be paid via cash, card, or bank transfer to secure any booking. The deposit amount can be altered by Country Club Prestige for any booking, at any time, for any job. If no deposit is received, the date in question shall be open to the public until a deposit is received. We cannot guarantee any verbally agreed booking. We only book on a deposit basis.
- 1.5. Country Club Prestige will allow a 15-minute window at the end of each booking for any delays caused by customers, traffic, weather, animals, children, or any other circumstance out of our or the customers’ control. Any time over these 15 minutes, shall be charged at £100 per hour or each 15 mins over the agreed end time shall be an extra £25.
- 1.6. If no payment is received for any extra time Country Club Prestige are present after the booking end time, all Country Club Prestige drivers have permission to leave and end the booking due to non-payment of extra time and the T&C’s not being met. Any payed sums are non-refundable.
- 1.7. If a booking finishes early there will be no refunds issued for any sums already payed.
- 1.8. A price is agreed based on the details given by the customer. If additional details are later given, the price is subject to change.
2. **Cancellation and Refunds**
- 2.1. Cancellations made by customers must be notified to Country Club Prestige more than 30 days prior to the scheduled pick-up time to be eligible for a full refund.
- 2.2. Cancellations made 30 days prior to the date of hire; no deposit shall be refunded.
- 2.3. In the event of a cancellation by Country Club Prestige due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered a full refund, alternative booking, or an alternative vehicle at an agreed price between the customer and Country Club Prestige.
- 2.4. If there are any concerns about possible cancellations at the time of booking, they should be addressed at the time of booking and agreeable terms may be discussed.
3. **Service**
- 3.1. Country Club Prestige will provide professional and punctual chauffeur services to customers.
- 3.2. Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by negligence or misconduct during the journey.
- 3.3. Country Club Prestige reserves the right to refuse service to any customer who poses a threat to the safety or well-being of the chauffeur or vehicle.
- 3.4. We have a strict non-smoking policy.
- 3.5. Food, drinks, vapes and alcohol beverages are allowed in our vehicles. The customer shall be billed for any car wash, carpet or seat cleaning or any repairs required to bring the vehicle back to factory finish due to any damages, spillages, stains, rips/tears, or any other issue caused by the customers food, drinks or beverages whilst being consumed in or outside the vehicle.
4. **Liability**
- 4.1. Country Club Prestige will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, or road closures.
- 4.2. Customers are advised to secure their personal belongings during the journey, as Country Club Prestige will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items.
- 4.3. Country Club Prestige drivers all drive according to the speed limits, weather conditions and the road surfaces they come across, we are not liable for any lateness due to delays caused by customers, weather conditions, road closures or any circumstances out of our control. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they are on time and have left plenty of time to conclude the journey.
- 4.4. Country Club Prestige may refuse entry to any passenger who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or displays abusive/threatening/racial behavior towards other passengers or our drivers. If a passenger is refused entry no compensation or refund shall be given.
5. **Complaints**
- 5.1. Any complaints regarding the service provided by Country Club Prestige must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the journey.
- 5.2. Country Club Prestige will investigate all complaints promptly and strive to resolve any issues to the customer’s satisfaction.
6. **Collection from hotels**
- 6.1. If the customer or any member of their party is to be collected from a hotel, it is advisable to make themselves available at the requested time. The chauffeur will make his presence known to the hotels reception staff and will provide details of the person(s) to be collected. The chauffeur will not be responsible to search for passengers. If, after an adequate period of waiting the hotel are unable to locate the passengers, and passengers have not made themselves known to the chauffeur, the vehicle will leave. Claims for refunds or compensation will not be accepted.
7. **Jurisdiction**
- 7.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
